Requests outside the original project scope may require additional fees and additional completion time.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because our services involve custom work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to the final approved work after all required payments have been completed.

Creative Way Labs may retain ownership of internal processes, templates, systems, methods, software, concepts, or other proprietary materials used to create the final work.

Third-party materials, software, fonts, images, plugins, music, stock assets, or platforms may remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creative Way Labs may display completed public-facing work in our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.

Confidential client information will not intentionally be published.

Some projects may use third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment processors, social media platforms, plugins, or other services.

Creative Way Labs is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, price changes, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

Creative Way Labs does not guarantee specific business results, sales, revenue, website traffic, search rankings, social media growth, YouTube views, subscribers, leads, or other performance outcomes.

Results may depend on many factors outside our control.

Clients agree not to provide unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content for use in a project.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any materials they provide to Creative Way Labs.

To the extent permitted by law, Creative Way Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability relating to a specific paid service will generally not exceed the amount paid to Creative Way Labs for that service.

Creative Way Labs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including situations involving nonpayment, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, misuse of services, or repeated failure to provide required project information.
