Our Creative Services

Because Creative Way Labs provides digital and professional services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If you request cancellation before work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Once research, design, development, content creation, branding, marketing, or other project work has started, payments are non-refundable because time and resources have already been committed to your project.

Completed digital services, designs, websites, branding materials, content, and other delivered work are non-refundable.

If revisions are included in your selected package, we will work with you according to the revision terms agreed upon for your project.

Client delays in providing information, approvals, files, login credentials, or other required materials do not qualify for a refund.

If Creative Way Labs is unable to complete an agreed service, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work already completed.
